About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, securing specifications, responding to client enquiries, and assisting with bid documentation. You will also prepare and conduct client presentations, manage events, and develop strategies to target new clients.
Main Responsibilities- Nurture existing leads to maximize business opportunities and ensure successful conversions.
- Organize events, develop presentation documentation, and other materials required for client engagement.
- Develop and manage a strategy to target Workplace, Office, and Working Environment clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships, identify new leads, and convert enquiries into successful onboarding and design engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in client-facing sales.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
