About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Gunnedah. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluations and electrical maintenance services on a broad range of Hitachi machinery.

Working an even time 6 on/6 off roster, this permanent role offers access to OEM training while you build a long-term career with us. You will be reporting directly to the Service Coordinator and working closely with technical support staff to achieve efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing diagnostic evaluations and electrical maintenance services on Hitachi machinery
  • Liaising with technical support staff to achieve efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements
  • Completion and submission of relevant documentation and reporting paperwork
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments
  • Identification of continuous improvement opportunities within your area of responsibility
The Perfect Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong safety focus and adhere to site safety processes. Relevant trade qualifications and intermediate PC skills are essential, along with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.

Additionally, you should have the ability to provide 100% customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches, and suppliers within our organization.
