The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Pyrmont. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing support and care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Accompany clients on outings and activities outside the home environment
- Provide manual handling support and bowel care as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and planning
