Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analyst with strong technical skills and excellent stakeholder engagement.

  • Prepare financial reports for executive stakeholders and monthly analysis for programs
  • Develop budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems, including integration with other platforms
  • Provide high-quality reporting, variance analysis, and insights for informed decision-making
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, translating complex financial information for non-finance audiences
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
  • CA or CPA qualified or working towards qualification
  • Minimum 5 years experience in finance, in an analyst role
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
  • Experience in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience in the NFP sector, including fund/grant reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
