About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning Attendant to join our team at Panthers Penrith.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe facility for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all floor areas, toilets, car parks, and grounds;
  • Clean tables, glass collection, and ash trays;
  • Set up tables and chairs for events and functions;
  • Participate in deep cleaning activities as required;
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Fantastic customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with a range of customers;
  • A good level of physical fitness as this role can be physically demanding;
  • Exceptional communication skills and high standard of personal grooming;
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • Strong time management skills and self-motivation;
  • RSA and RCG Certificates; and
  • Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
