Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficient operation of our venue, including the restaurant and bar, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager in opening and closing the venue, ensuring a smooth transition of duties.
  • Lead the front-of-house operational team, driving sales and revenue growth while controlling costs.
  • Ensure adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in financial management, with a solid understanding of budgeting and cost control.
  • RSA certificate, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
