As a key member of our team, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of apprentices and trainees.

A busy and varied role with plenty of scope for career growth and development.

You will be responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals at all stages of their apprenticeship or traineeship.

This may involve regular phone contacts to discuss progress, identify potential issues and provide additional support as needed.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills include strong communication, problem-solving and MS Office proficiency.

A good understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship System is preferred but not essential.

You must be able to interpret government guidelines and related legislation accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to apprentices and trainees
  • Identify potential issues and provide additional support as needed
  • Regular phone contacts to discuss progress
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Good understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship System (preferred)
