Store Manager Opportunity at Repco

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our team of retail and trade specialists at Repco. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial management and operational standards, while motivating and supporting team members to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a Team: Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists to achieve exceptional results.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded.
  • Motivate and Support Team Members: Motivate and support team members to reach their full potential, providing a genuine service and creating lasting impressions for customers.
  • Strong Leadership and Management: Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities, being a brand ambassador with strong community, team, and customer connections.
  • Safety Leadership: Strive to provide the safest work environment, being a safety leader.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Expert: Be a passionate customer service expert, motivating team members to shine, develop, and succeed.
  • Store Operations Management: Have store operations management experience and success leading and engaging a team.
  • Dual Format Sales Environment: Have experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi-network operation.
  • Flexible Availability: Have flexible availability and a valid driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Physical Capacity: Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
