Repco Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Repco. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail and trade specialists, ensuring financial management and operational standards are met, and providing a genuine service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists
  • Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded
  • Motivate and support team members to reach their full potential
  • Provide a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities
  • Be a brand ambassador, with strong community, team, and customer connections
  • Be a safety leader, striving to provide the safest work environment for yourself, team, and customers
Requirements:
  • Be a passionate customer service expert
  • Motivate team members to shine, develop, and succeed
  • Have store operations management experience and success leading and engaging a team
  • Have experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi-network operation
  • Have flexible availability and a valid driver's license (manual preferred)
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
