Head of SEO & Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced leader to elevate our digital presence and drive business growth.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute an impactful SEO and digital marketing strategy to enhance our online visibility, drive traffic, and expand our brand's digital footprint.

  • Lead the creation of data-driven SEO strategies to optimise organic search rankings, increase traffic, and maximise user engagement.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality content for SEO, working closely with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO goals.
  • Design, implement, and analyse digital marketing campaigns, focusing on paid search, display, and social media channels.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track performance metrics, assess ROI, and make informed adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, competitor analysis, and digital marketing innovations to remain at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with at least 2 years in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO practices, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Demonstrable experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns across social media, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data-driven reporting.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
