Job Overview:

MMG Australia is seeking a skilled and experienced Mill Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of tradespeople in maintaining our surface plant and infrastructure to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective plans to maintain fixed plant infrastructure, meeting annual targets and ensuring long-term asset integrity.
  • Minimise maintenance costs by eliminating non-value-adding processes and maximising planned work.
  • Understand cost drivers in concentrator and mine areas, implementing cost-saving ideas.
  • Assist in developing the mill and concentrator maintenance budget to achieve annual plans.
  • Manage expenditure within budget and forecast future maintenance needs.
  • Build a collaborative team to achieve department availability and reliability targets.
  • Establish strong processes for executing mechanical, electrical, and service requirements.
  • Support planning and scheduling of production and maintenance activities.
