Maintenance Supervisor

As part of MMG Australia's team, this role will see you leading a skilled trades team to maintain mill operations and surface plant infrastructure to the highest standards.


This is a permanent position with a residential 7-on, 7-off day shift roster, providing a balanced work schedule.


The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management, strong leadership and supervisory skills, a commitment to safety and quality standards, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


Key responsibilities will include developing effective plans to maintain mill operations, minimising maintenance costs, understanding cost drivers and implementing cost-saving ideas.


You will also be responsible for managing expenditure within budget, forecasting future maintenance needs, building a collaborative team and establishing strong processes for executing mechanical, electrical and service requirements.
