Key Responsibilities

The role involves coordinating communication outcomes and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the financial system and protect consumers from harm.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Delivering communication products within agreed timeframes;
  • Collaborating with Product, Engagement, and Change leads on program communications;
  • Planning and executing internal/external engagement activities;
  • Applying a structured framework to stakeholder communications;
  • Cooordinating with change and comms teams for consistency across the Registry Connect Program;
  • Supporting RC teams in raising stakeholder awareness and understanding;
  • Tracking and reporting communication effectiveness;
  • Ensuring program messaging is clear and channels are current and effective.
About You

Ideal candidates will have qualifications in communication or change management, 2+ years' experience in communication delivery, broad comms experience across internal/external channels, quick learning skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
