Leasing Representative Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Leasing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections with prospective tenants, coordinating open and private viewings as required
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Ensure accurate preparation and execution of all lease documentation
  • Coordinate smooth move-in and move-out processes, conducting property condition assessments and preparing relevant reports
  • Implement efficient lease administration practices
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to address leasing strategies, rental rates, and property marketing initiatives to expand the property portfolio and attract potential clients
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
  • Work closely with the Property Manager to resolve property-related issues and ensure timely repairs
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, including financial data, vacancy status, and leasing activity, to the Property Manager
  • Participate actively in team meetings to contribute to the overall success of the property management division
  • Utilize company systems for accurate data input and reporting
  • Complete routine inspection reports as directed by the Property Manager, maintaining thorough documentation of property conditions and adherence to established standards

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of residential property management and real estate market trends
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and tenants
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic task environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using PropertyMe, Agentbox, and Snug
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
