Job Description

Toro Wealth is seeking a seasoned Financial Adviser to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our retirement planning division, you will provide strategic guidance to clients aged 55-65, focusing on minimal product recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, with a strong understanding of superannuation, retirement planning, and SMSFs. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, managing their own workload and meeting targets. Your role will involve providing comprehensive financial planning advice over a 4-meeting engagement process, with all leads generated for you. Meetings will be held via Zoom, and you will have full administrative support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a practicing financial adviser
  • ASIC registration
  • Relevant university degree qualification (postgraduate preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge in superannuation, retirement planning, and SMSFs
  • Good knowledge of estate planning, trusts, and companies
  • Highly organized and process-driven
