As a key member of our support staff, you will provide essential administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Head of Auctions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role
  • Manage activities and communications for the Executive Assistant and Head of Auctions, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Perform reception duties, including welcoming clients, answering phone calls and emails, setting up meeting rooms, and other general tasks.
  • Conduct a wide range of administrative tasks, such as organizing travel, managing correspondence, coordinating events, and assisting with newsletter preparation.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm office visitation plans, conference calls, and business owner calls.
  • Assist in developing and implementing state, national, and international projects.
  • Contribute actively to the Brisbane-based team and the wider Harcourts family.
  • Maintain professional and accurate communication, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that aligns with Harcourts' values.
