Job Title

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a small team of gardeners and offsiders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement daily schedules, ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members.
  • Maintain the highest standards of garden care and safety, adhering to company protocols and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively across various locations in Sydney, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in gardening or landscaping, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in leadership or supervisory roles, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid manual driver's license, enabling flexibility in work assignments.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
