Endpoint Support Manager

The Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for providing technical support to customers across various outsourced delivery environments. We design, build, and continuously improve end-user solutions to enable our customers to transform their business and modernize their user experience.
As an Operations Manager within the Endpoint Engineering team, you will lead a team of specialists to ensure that best practices are executed, technical expertise is leveraged, and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing technical leadership and driving a high-performance culture within the team.
- Leading automation efforts and improving daily operations with minimal supervision from management.
- Validating and maintaining client risk and issues registers.
- Implementing best practice support methodologies and governance over all implementations and changes affecting the end-user SOE environment.
- Driving shift-left initiatives and identifying project revenue opportunities within new accounts or contributing to the Service Improvement register for existing clients.
- Ensuring project design principles result in service improvements, efficiencies, and cost reductions for customers post-implementation.

Requirements:This role requires:
- Comprehensive understanding of supporting customers across outsourced delivery environments.
- Previous operational management experience within a Managed Services Environment.
- Excellent understanding of financials surrounding profit and loss.
- Knowledge of hardware and software vendors' support processes and product lifecycles.
- Advanced End User management knowledge.
- Modern and traditional End Point Device Management Solutions (SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot, and other MDM/endpoint management solutions).
- Microsoft Operating System Configuration & Deployment (Win10- Win11).
- Collaboration Platforms (Teams for Business, Planner).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical formats.
- Ability to operate under limited direction.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent delegation skills clearly outlining expectations and accountability.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management both internal and external.
- Ability to build a cohesive team and work with large teams.
Nice-to-have skills include beginner-level project management principles and exposure to the Microsoft 365 Stack.
