An established enterprise is embarking on a significant cyber security uplift, focused on modernising its endpoint protection capability. As part of this transformation, we're looking for an experienced Endpoint Support Engineer to support the deployment and optimisation of SentinelOne across a complex IT environment.

This role plays an important part in strengthening the organisation's cyber resilience and is part of a large, collaborative cyber program.

Your Role :

  • Assist in the rollout and configuration of SentinelOne across a large user base
  • Act as the go-to for endpoint troubleshooting and user support during deployment
  • Proven migration and deployment skills
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure secure and stable endpoint configurations
  • Contribute to developing and fine-tuning endpoint policies
  • Ensure alignment with contemporary security frameworks and industry best practices

Your Background :

  • Proven track record supporting endpoint security solutions, ideally with SentinelOne
  • Experience with EDR / endpoint solution deployment, roll-outs, migrations, etc
  • Proven troubleshooting, migration and deployment skills
  • Experience with alternative platforms like CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, or Carbon Black is also welcome
  • Hands-on experience in large-scale security implementations
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in endpoint environments
