**Director - Services Transformation**

About the Role

Centacare is a leading provider of community services, committed to serving people from all walks of life. We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our transformation and drive operational excellence.

The Director - Services Transformation will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction across our diverse service functions. This role is central to our transformation, driving cultural change and strategic alignment across all service areas.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in governance, stakeholder engagement, and financial stewardship, with a proven ability to design and deliver innovative operating models and client-centred outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to Centacare's service functions
  • Drive operational excellence and cultural change across all service areas
  • Lead a senior leadership cohort to ensure services remain responsive and sustainable
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
  • At least 10 years' senior executive experience in large, complex human services organisations
  • Proven ability to design and deliver innovative operating models and client-centred outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organisational transformation
  • Extensive understanding of health, aged care, disability, and broader community services, including funding models and regulatory frameworks
