About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching VCE English Language to secondary students.

Additional English classes are also included in the allotment, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

This is a full-time position at a co-educational secondary school with a strong team dynamic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach VCE English Language to secondary students
  • Deliver additional English classes as part of the allotted program

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
  • Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or eligibility to gain registration
  • Strong willingness to work collaboratively within a cohesive team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development
  • Working rights for Australia or eligibility to gain working rights
