Tax Professional Opportunity

This firm values its staff and as a result has long-term committed staff compliment.
The role is in a flat structure for a small accounting firm with great reputation and high-quality clients. You will be responsible and accountable for your own client portfolio.
Key duties include working with SME business clients, financial statements, tax returns, tax planning and advisory. The role is estimated to have 60% compliance and 40% advisory.
- Manage a client portfolio independently
- Full process from meeting with the client through to financial statements and tax returns, tax planning and advisory
- Experience in Australian accounting firms in business services and preferably XERO exposure
The ideal candidate will be able to work within a flexible environment, enjoy a mature-minded work environment where KPI's are not the focus, and be part of a supportive and mature team.
