As a medical administration professional, you will play a key role in our oncology day hospital. We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare settings, preferably in specialist rooms, surgery or day hospital environments. They will be responsible for greeting patients, collecting and entering personal details, scheduling appointments, and triaging referrals to on-site specialists.

You will also answer phone calls and respond to enquiries, process patient billing, and balance daily finances. Additionally, you will maintain and manage patient information, support our WHS Officers and committees, and collaborate with the administrative team to achieve quality patient service outcomes.
