About the Role

The Regional Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple showrooms across the region, ensuring effective retail operations and achieving business objectives.

This role involves monitoring daily financial performance, driving sales growth, and managing costs in alignment with strategic goals.

In addition to financial oversight, the Regional Retail Manager ensures seamless execution of the customer experience, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.

A key focus of this role is providing leadership, development, and support to showroom teams, fostering a high-performing culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead showroom teams to achieve financial and operational targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
