About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Leader to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation program, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation across NSW & ACT.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and lead regional business line strategy
  • Educate and empower teams through digital upskilling and smarter ways of working
  • Shape our digital edge by steering bidding strategy, data analytics, GIS and common data environments
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in engineering, technology or related field with a minimum high school education required, degree preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving change across digital programs
  • Solid understanding of digital tools and trends including AI, BIM, GIS and common data environments
