Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking an individual to conduct in-store observations and provide detailed feedback to our clients. As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will pose as a customer and observe the retail outlet's presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail outlets and report back on store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.
  • Pose as a customer and make detailed observations about your experience.
  • Complete an online survey about the experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have an eye for detail, good memory, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have access to the internet and be reliable.
