Merchandiser Career OpportunityNestlé is seeking a motivated individual to join our sales team as a Merchandiser. This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow with our global food and beverage company.As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for representing our brand in the Grocery channel, negotiating, selling and building displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan. Flexibility is essential, with availability between Wednesday to Friday required and the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods.You will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to the first week in January. You will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager, but you will need to work autonomously to succeed in this role.This position allows you to build strong relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity and passion. Key requirements include a current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle. Additionally, you must be physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilise creative point of sale materials.A mobile device proficiency is also required, enabling you to collate data and photograph displays. Furthermore, you must live where you can work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
