Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Lead to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and governance for our Mental Health Clinical Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical leadership and governance for the Mental Health Clinical Program
  • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators and strategic deliverables for the program
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best practice clinical outcomes
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to staff members
Requirements
  • Appropriate Specialist Qualifications for Consultant registerable as a Psychiatrist with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Hold and maintain appropriate registrations with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • Experience in a Senior Clinical leadership role, including experience in the planning and provision of health services
