Job Summary:

This part-time position involves supporting students in mainstream classes and/or the SPARC Program. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies that promote student engagement and achievement.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide individualized support to students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure seamless support
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Education Support or be prepared to study towards one
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills
