Accommodation Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Accommodation Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and assisting with room preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute linen and supplies to rooms as required
  • Replenish amenities in rooms and common areas
  • Assist room attendants with cleaning and preparing rooms
  • Maintain the organisation and presentation of guest room pantries
  • Respond to guest requests and provide positive interaction with guests and hotel staff

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work an average of 4 days per week
  • Honesty, reliability, and pride in your work
