Your mission will be to cultivate a holistic understanding of the needs and aspirations of those we serve.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with service delivery leaders and staff
  • Participating in leadership team meetings and strategic planning forums
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on service design and innovation related enquiries
  • Cultivating strong and respectful relationships with local teams to identify, scope, and implement opportunities for service design and innovation
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of service improvement plans

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of human centred design approaches
  • Ability to implement human centred design work in a community service context
  • Strong written communication skills and proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Proven ability to build strong and respectful relationships, to collaborate effectively, and facilitate robust discussions
