Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a Corporate and Commercial position, focusing on corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in a dynamic environment, alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering strategic and commercial outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, working in a corporate advisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Representing buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including conducting due diligence
  • Advising on general commercial and corporations law matters
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Providing guidance on corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting clients seeking approval from various regulators, including FIRB, ACCC, and ASIC
  • Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives, as well as legal precedents
  • Supervising and mentoring junior professionals and graduates, promoting their professional growth and development within the team
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A strong understanding of corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions is essential, along with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance to clients.
