Job Description

Furner's Hotel seeks experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team for the upcoming summer season. As a key member, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare and dispense beverages, run food, and take orders with poise and efficiency.

Your duties will include:

  • Attending to inquiries from gaming patrons with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Taking orders and running food to tables with precision and accuracy.
  • Assisting with large groups or bookings with ease and confidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for the industry, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated cash handling proficiency.
  • Knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures.
  • An understanding of food & beverage products and services.
  • Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG) or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Ability to work a variety of night, weekend, and public holiday shifts with flexibility and adaptability.
