This role invites someone who can foster a thriving culture, collaborate with learners, guides, families, and the wider community, and cultivate a vibrant campus culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams in complex non-traditional settings
  • Operationalise strategic plans daily
  • Provide consistent guidance during wellbeing situations
  • Lead inclusively, celebrating diversity and promoting equity
  • Communicate organisational values and educational philosophy confidently
Requirements

The successful applicant will have experience leading teams in complex settings, operationalising strategy, and guiding others through complexity and change. They will be able to communicate the organisation's values and philosophy confidently and lead inclusively.

A registered teacher with the right to work in Australia is required. The position offers a 5-year contract commencing Term 1, 2026.
