Visual Merchandising Leadership Role

Job Overview

As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with our brand values.

  • Maintain awareness of current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customers' evolving needs.
  • Share seasonal trend insights with the team, ensuring they adhere to our Visual Identity guidelines as outlined in the Commercial Handbook.
  • Strategically plan and prioritize commercial workload based on business objectives.
  • Evaluate and enhance the visual and commercial skills of the visuals and store teams.

  • Customer-centric approach with proven results in creating memorable customer experiences through visual merchandising.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commercial acumen with capacity to analyze sales data and develop strategies to optimize sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication to engage all team members.
