Pasta Production Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled Pasta Production Chef to join our team in Sydney, focusing on handcrafted pasta production for high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine, particularly in pasta production from dough-making to shaping and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and produce handcrafted pasta for menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Maintain the highest quality and consistency in every dish prepared in our kitchen.
  • Work morning shifts, typically between 6am–9am start, through to 2pm–5pm finish, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in pasta production, including dough-making and shaping.
  • Experience with Italian cuisine is essential for success in this role.
  • Chef experience in an a-la-carte restaurant environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in preparation and presentation.
  • Able to work morning shifts and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Organisational and time management skills to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
