Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Tasmania. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value to make informed choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
  • Work closely with store staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing tailored solutions and support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in sales or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A deep understanding of the Apple product and service ecosystem, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
