About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our sales and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a small team of agents, including answering phones, handling enquiries, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns to promote our business and engage with clients.
  • Meet and greet clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with general office duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
