About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Carlingford. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our sales and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a small team of agents, including answering phones, handling enquiries, and managing social media marketing
  • Meet and greet clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist with general support for the Sales and Property Management teams
