Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, providing informative animal care advice and screening or taking messages for other team members as needed.
  • Identify patients requiring urgent treatment and assign emergency appointments accordingly.
  • Assist in monitoring and coaching others on safe workplace procedures.
  • Determine and prepare client/patient information and coordinate the completion of required forms prior to each consultation.
  • Coordinate billing and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

A Day in the Life:

  • Engage with clients, their pets, and our veterinary team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage multiple priorities, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our veterinary team to provide exceptional care to animals. This is an exciting role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
