- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Fundraising and Budgeting: Ability to plan and manage resources effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and their families.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
