Compassionate Funeral Director

We are seeking a Funeral Arranger and Conductor to make a positive impact on the lives of families in their community.
This role offers an opportunity to provide compassionate support and guidance to families during difficult times, ensuring that their loved one is honored with dignity and respect.
As a Funeral Arranger and Conductor, you will plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service, working closely with families from initial contact to guide them through the process.
- Plan and deliver personalized funerals that meet the needs and preferences of each family.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to families, responding to their requests and concerns with empathy and understanding.
- Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team, and provide ongoing support to the family.
- A strong customer service ethos and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Professional attitude, with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
- Ability to work effectively with grieving families and the deceased.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
- Korean language skills desirable but not mandatory.
- Possession of a full unrestricted driver's license.
