Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Effectiveness Specialist to drive salesforce excellence in our market. This role will involve simplifying approach and execution for all SFE related tasks, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Influencing and driving across all SFE pillars, with a focus on coaching sales leaders on CRM usage.
  • SFE Pillars, Process and Reporting Alignment: Developing processes and governance to drive salesforce excellence, ensuring alignment with global SFE standards.
  • Driving usage of Tools to increase Insights: Maintaining expert level of knowledge of system functionality, ensuring Account Planning and Opportunity planning is in place.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years SFE experience in the industry.
  • Proactive leadership style with strong can-do attitude and growth mindset.
  • Effective influencer who can constructively challenge and navigate complex organizational structures.
