Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to lead our Early Starters program at our vibrant, community-focused centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to shape the early development of young learners and contribute to creating a nurturing environment for children.

  • Develop and deliver a high-quality educational program for children aged 18 months to 3 years.
  • Provide educational leadership and collaborate with our team to foster a cooperative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement a developmentally appropriate program in consultation with educators and parents.
  2. Maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all children.
  3. Supervise and support staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  4. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and program updates.
  5. Lead the preparation and upkeep of the learning environment.
