Job Description

As a Senior Manager/Associate Director on our National Deals team, you will play a pivotal role in managing buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. You will have the opportunity to work on various assignments across our Deals practice, including M&A lead advisory, valuations, financial modeling, and purchase price accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee buy and sell-side projects, focusing on financial due diligence reports and related services, such as databooks, forecast models, and review of deal contracts.
  • Apply industry and market expertise to proactively address deal issues.
  • Conduct and supervise financial and commercial analyses to inform key decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and design financial models and reporting protocols.
  • Engage with crucial stakeholders, including clients, target management, and investors.
  • Mentor and foster the professional development of junior team members.
Requirements
  • CA qualified with at least 6 years' experience, of which 3-4 years is focused experience in financial due diligence or Corporate Finance, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Showcase outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Possess commercial acumen with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
