We are seeking a highly skilled Building Supervisor to manage commercial and strata insurance repair projects.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across Commercial and Strata sectors.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project schedules to ensure completion within Insurers' policies.
  • Liaising with property owners to communicate works, variations, progress.
  • Engaging and managing trades including QA, safety, schedules, and costs.
  • Communicating, updating, and submission of documentation with Insurers.
  • Internal systems maintenance and coordinating internal team and resources.
  • Working closely with management and estimators to win major projects.

Requirements

  • Proven site supervising/trade supervising experience.
  • Insurance experience is highly desirable; however, commercial or residential building experience is considered essential.
  • Trade background (e.g., carpentry) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work effectively individually and as part of a dynamic team.
