Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our dynamic dealership team. As a member of our workshop, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of heavy commercial vehicles.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Heavy Commercial Vehicle mechanical qualification or Light Vehicle mechanical qualification, with solid experience working with truck or light vehicle brands.

  • Responsibilities will include steering and suspension repairs, electrical faults diagnosis and repairs, braking systems diagnosis and repairs, component overhauls, driveline repairs, preventative maintenance services and repairs, and offsite and breakdown repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Heavy Commercial Vehicle mechanical qualification or Light Vehicle mechanical qualification
  • Solid experience working with truck or light vehicle brands
  • A proactive attitude with a drive to work efficiently
  • A positive safety attitude with a team-focused mindset
