About the Role
  • As a Registered Nurse at our Hunters Hill residential aged care home, you will provide high-quality nursing clinical care with an individual, person-centred approach to all residents.
  • Acting as Team Leader, you will provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • You will work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.

Requirements

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
