Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of each vehicle, engaging with relevant questions and accurately updating our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach when communicating pricing to potential sellers.
  • Effectively manage your pipeline, regularly reviewing leads to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the team to facilitate on-site and off-site inspections.
  • Upsell and promote current inventory during every interaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in automotive sales or 12 months' sales experience with a demonstrated understanding of all things cars.
  • Naturally competitive, with a drive to exceed performance metrics and targets.
  • A strong negotiator who prioritizes the customer in every interaction.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Flexible and able to work outside regular business hours and across some weekends as required.
