Mandatory Skills:

  • Salesforce configuration for lightning, customization involving Apex, LWC, aura.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document low-level design against user stories.
  • Estimate user story complexity.
  • Mentor development team members.
  • Ensure user stories are built in accordance with development standards.
  • Conduct code reviews based on project-based coding best practices.
  • Remove developer roadblocks.
  • Support SIT/UAT teams in closing testing.
  • Triage SIT/UAT defects before assigning to offshore teams.
  • Lead and coordinate PROD deployment activities.
